Maybe you ahve changes in your life instead of being afraid you must have a positive attiude at change is a normal part of life, here in honkong family is a close place and you argue sometimes cause it's small.
sometimes you fell alone and you need some confornt and you can ask from the people you trust to help you listen to you and release some stress from talking to them.
To reduce stress :

S : Scheudle, example dont Scheudle many thing and if you feel busy cut activities

T : Treat your body well : exercice reduce stress, eat healthy food

R : Relax : Do an activity you enjoy/relax, read learn hobby spend time with pets (she like to play piano or watch some movies)

E : Expectations : Be realistic about yourself, do your best and do try to be perfect and dont sped hours to be to.

S : Sleep : SHe really loves to sleep, if you get a good life sleep and you will keep your mind and body in shape. Dont sleep too much

S : Smile : If you smile and have confidence your attiude with influence the way you see things, and it will help you think in a more positive way.
